00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:05.450
Two years ago, I applied as a virtual assistant because that was the time that

2
00:00:05.450 --> 00:00:06.880
pandemic hits hard

3
00:00:06.880 --> 00:00:13.630
and everything is just from work from home. And then I applied to Spear Rocket

4
00:00:13.630 --> 00:00:15.120
and that was actually

5
00:00:15.120 --> 00:00:21.280
the quickest interview and the hiring session that I've had. So it lasted me

6
00:00:21.280 --> 00:00:22.480
just a week.

7
00:00:23.600 --> 00:00:30.880
That time, if I'm not mistaken, there are not really a lot of VA's applying for

8
00:00:30.880 --> 00:00:31.440
the position

9
00:00:31.440 --> 00:00:38.040
of social media manager. But when I got interviewed, so for example, when I got

10
00:00:38.040 --> 00:00:39.600
interviewed on Monday

11
00:00:39.600 --> 00:00:45.640
and then by Wednesday, I'm already like on client pairing. So it was a quick

12
00:00:45.640 --> 00:00:46.880
hiring session with the

13
00:00:46.880 --> 00:00:51.680
the Spear Rocket Team. It went smoothly and then I've got my first client.
