1
00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:03.080
- Hello, my name is Gregory Gray.

2
00:00:03.080 --> 00:00:06.040
I'm the founder of Everyday Business Leader.

3
00:00:06.040 --> 00:00:09.680
And I have been in the executive coaching space

4
00:00:09.680 --> 00:00:12.560
for almost 17 years.

5
00:00:12.560 --> 00:00:17.560
So we are a coaching firm that is doing multi-six figures.

6
00:00:17.560 --> 00:00:22.960
The reason we joined Seton University

7
00:00:22.960 --> 00:00:26.440
is we had to find more information

8
00:00:26.440 --> 00:00:28.520
than what we had at our fingertips.

9
00:00:28.520 --> 00:00:29.760
We had to find a community

10
00:00:29.760 --> 00:00:33.400
where we could dig in to help us go to that next level.

11
00:00:33.400 --> 00:00:34.720
And I'll be extremely honest,

12
00:00:34.720 --> 00:00:37.600
the quality of information,

13
00:00:37.600 --> 00:00:42.160
the talent is the information is excellent.

14
00:00:42.160 --> 00:00:43.160
It's like anything though.

15
00:00:43.160 --> 00:00:45.720
You get out of it, what you put in it.

16
00:00:45.720 --> 00:00:48.440
And so we spend a lot of time learning

17
00:00:48.440 --> 00:00:51.680
from the people within that university.

18
00:00:51.680 --> 00:00:53.400
Jake and team really pour into it.

19
00:00:53.400 --> 00:00:56.440
So my suggestion to you is jump all in,

20
00:00:56.440 --> 00:00:58.840
learn everything you can and then go implement and try things.

21
00:00:58.840 --> 00:01:01.960
So we knew that for us to go to the next level,

22
00:01:01.960 --> 00:01:03.400
we were gonna have to do some things differently.

23
00:01:03.400 --> 00:01:06.560
We were a typical one-on-one coaching firm.

24
00:01:06.560 --> 00:01:09.800
And so we've expanded our repertoire in marketing

25
00:01:09.800 --> 00:01:12.320
and in our approach to our market.

26
00:01:12.320 --> 00:01:15.560
And so I expect to see great things come from that.

27
00:01:15.560 --> 00:01:18.600
The best thing about this community,

28
00:01:18.600 --> 00:01:20.320
this university is the fact that

29
00:01:20.320 --> 00:01:23.000
you can get your questions answered

30
00:01:23.000 --> 00:01:25.760
and you can get extreme clarity.

31
00:01:25.760 --> 00:01:26.600
Enjoy.
