WEBVTT

1
00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:02.320
The traffic, it's crazy actually.

2
00:00:02.320 --> 00:00:07.920
I didn't even believe it during the 100, but the traffic, 80% of it was from

3
00:00:07.920 --> 00:00:08.240
word of

4
00:00:08.240 --> 00:00:09.400
mouth, which is crazy.

5
00:00:09.400 --> 00:00:11.920
Like a lot of it going viral on school itself.

6
00:00:11.920 --> 00:00:13.360
That's why school is great.

7
00:00:13.360 --> 00:00:16.680
And also just people telling gutters or like on social media, etc.

8
00:00:16.680 --> 00:00:17.680
So,

9
00:00:17.680 --> 00:00:20.440
My questions just get people to say good things.

10
00:00:20.440 --> 00:00:21.440
100%.

11
00:00:21.440 --> 00:00:27.250
And because of the like high absolute rate that we have, the churn is showing

12
00:00:27.250 --> 00:00:27.560
pretty

13
00:00:27.560 --> 00:00:29.680
low as well, because obviously half of the people are annual.

14
00:00:29.680 --> 00:00:32.360
So it's just like 2.5% for now.

15
00:00:32.360 --> 00:00:33.960
So all of that stats look good.

16
00:00:33.960 --> 00:00:38.960
So my question is, of course the plan is do more and better.

17
00:00:38.960 --> 00:00:43.080
I've consumed enough or music content over the past like four years.

18
00:00:43.080 --> 00:00:45.640
So that's clear.

19
00:00:45.640 --> 00:00:49.210
I don't spend much time on traffic because kind of people come and then I, you

20
00:00:49.210 --> 00:00:49.960
know,

21
00:00:49.960 --> 00:00:51.280
it's easy that way.

22
00:00:51.280 --> 00:00:55.590
Do you think I should absolutely still allocate like four or six hours a day if

23
00:00:55.590 --> 00:00:56.120
I want to

24
00:00:56.120 --> 00:01:00.510
grow up with on getting traffic with, because what if I do that and then I

25
00:01:00.510 --> 00:01:01.120
actually lose

26
00:01:01.120 --> 00:01:04.960
my thing, which is helping people, having the connection to them at the time.

27
00:01:04.960 --> 00:01:06.200
That's why I have the word of mouth.

28
00:01:06.200 --> 00:01:10.360
Yeah, this is where you can hire someone to do to get more traffic for you.

29
00:01:10.360 --> 00:01:13.680
Because like right now, the number one traffic source you have is your existing

30
00:01:13.680 --> 00:01:14.360
customers.

31
00:01:14.360 --> 00:01:16.920
And so you don't want to jeopardize your existing traffic source.

32
00:01:16.920 --> 00:01:19.210
And right now you're the one who's delivering and so everyone's very happy with

33
00:01:19.210 --> 00:01:19.480
it.

34
00:01:19.480 --> 00:01:21.040
And they tell their friends and that's how your business grows.

35
00:01:21.040 --> 00:01:23.560
By the way, this is how normal businesses work.

36
00:01:23.560 --> 00:01:26.360
Just have to act outside of the Internet.

37
00:01:26.360 --> 00:01:27.760
This is kind of how it normally works.

38
00:01:27.760 --> 00:01:28.760
You do a good job.

39
00:01:28.760 --> 00:01:29.800
People tell people and then your business grows.
