00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:05.680
Hello, my name is Holly Crawshaw-Joiner. I have been on LinkedIn for about four

2
00:00:05.680 --> 00:00:06.080
years.

3
00:00:06.080 --> 00:00:11.920
And when the video feed was introduced to the mobile app, I began to understand

4
00:00:11.920 --> 00:00:12.640
how important

5
00:00:12.640 --> 00:00:17.670
it was for me to start putting out consistent short form videos. The problem

6
00:00:17.670 --> 00:00:18.720
was I did not have

7
00:00:18.720 --> 00:00:25.820
the time, the talent, or the tech to edit these videos in a way that made it

8
00:00:25.820 --> 00:00:27.280
possible for me to

9
00:00:27.280 --> 00:00:33.400
do so on a consistent basis. I found Satan Shuu and he has edited many, many

10
00:00:33.400 --> 00:00:34.720
videos for me were

11
00:00:34.720 --> 00:00:40.430
actually on our second contract together on short form video editing and he is

12
00:00:40.430 --> 00:00:41.680
such a gem.

13
00:00:41.680 --> 00:00:46.540
The thing I love most about working with him is that he desires to get it right

14
00:00:46.540 --> 00:00:47.520
. He's always

15
00:00:47.520 --> 00:00:51.990
asking, "Do you want me edits? Can I do anything better? How can I be a better

16
00:00:51.990 --> 00:00:53.120
editor? How can I

17
00:00:53.120 --> 00:00:59.250
make this video better?" His desire to absolutely knock it out of the park with

18
00:00:59.250 --> 00:01:01.200
every single edit is

19
00:01:01.200 --> 00:01:02.240
unmatched.
