00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:03.720
Hi there, good day, Spear Rocket family.

2
00:00:03.720 --> 00:00:06.480
My name is Marlin, one of the very dwellers this time.

3
00:00:06.480 --> 00:00:11.200
And I'm here to give my testimony

4
00:00:11.200 --> 00:00:17.200
with my client, which is Adam Steen and Alexandria Dominguez.

5
00:00:17.200 --> 00:00:21.880
Both of them are working with a century 21 staying prisoner.

6
00:00:21.880 --> 00:00:25.560
And it has been an incredible training since I joined them

7
00:00:25.560 --> 00:00:27.440
in June 2024.

8
00:00:28.600 --> 00:00:33.040
My role to my client is a system developer.

9
00:00:33.040 --> 00:00:37.480
It allows me to build and enhance SB Agent R.

10
00:00:37.480 --> 00:00:42.480
It is a centralized one-stop shop platform for marketing needs.

11
00:00:42.480 --> 00:00:48.160
And through this project, I've not only been able to apply

12
00:00:48.160 --> 00:00:51.960
my technical expertise, but also grow my skills

13
00:00:51.960 --> 00:00:55.400
in creating systems that truly supports

14
00:00:55.400 --> 00:00:58.040
business efficiency and agent success.

15
00:00:58.800 --> 00:01:02.640
What I enjoy the most is seeing how the platform

16
00:01:02.640 --> 00:01:06.600
helps streamline the process or their new listings,

17
00:01:06.600 --> 00:01:10.080
making the marketing smoother and more accessible

18
00:01:10.080 --> 00:01:11.360
to the whole team.

19
00:01:11.360 --> 00:01:17.400
It's been rewarding to contribute to their vision

20
00:01:17.400 --> 00:01:20.760
and to work with such supportive leaders

21
00:01:20.760 --> 00:01:23.480
who value innovation and collaboration.

22
00:01:23.480 --> 00:01:26.160
So thanks to Spear Rocket,

23
00:01:26.160 --> 00:01:28.520
I've been able to grow professionally

24
00:01:28.520 --> 00:01:31.200
while making a real impact for my client.

25
00:01:31.200 --> 00:01:34.120
I'm grateful to be part of the community

26
00:01:34.120 --> 00:01:36.840
that values excellence and innovation.

27
00:01:36.840 --> 00:01:39.880
Spear Rocket gives me the opportunity

28
00:01:39.880 --> 00:01:44.280
to do meaningful work and continue developing my skills.

29
00:01:44.280 --> 00:01:47.720
I'm proud to be part of a team that empowers VA

30
00:01:47.720 --> 00:01:49.640
to thrive and success.
